


After 3 years of training at the Institute of Hotel and Tourism Trades in Agadir, I obtained a diploma which allowed me to enter the culinary world. After eleven years of experience in the field I decided to work at the Khalij Agadir hotel, icon of tourism. Indeed, it was in this establishment that I was able to complete my professional experiences. In addition, since my arrival I have been able to widen the spectrum of the specialties that I mastered and thus tackle the dishes coming from Khaliji cuisine as well as international.
